Unable to log in to SmartHR?

Employees who have trouble logging in to SmartHR can use this guide to help resolve their issues.
* The solution will depend on the invitation method and on whether you are logging in to SmartHR for the first time or if it is a subsequent login.
You will see the message [Authentication Failed(認証に失敗しました。)] if you cannot log in .
Logging in to SmartHR for the first time
If you have received an invitation email
Open SmartHR from the link in the email and accept the invitation.
You should be able to log in to SmartHR after accepting the invitation.

If you have received an employee number and default password
You may have received your company’s login URL together with your employee number and default password.
Open the login URL and log in with your employee number and default password.

Your first login was via an email invitation
If you do not know your email address
Try logging in using the email address that you receive SmartHR notifications on.
If you cannot log in with that email address, please contact your company's SmartHR administrator.
(Your account may have been deleted.)
If you do not know your password
Follow the instructions on the link below to reset your password.
You logged in with the given employee number and default password
If you set up your email address after logging in
If you have set up your email address, follow the instructions on the link below to reset your password.
If you have not set up your email address
Your company's SmartHR administrator will need to reset the password.
