Entering information for your previous job while looking at the withholding record

If you answered with [Yes (はい)] to question 11 in the survey “Did you receive a salary in 2023 from a company from which you have resigned? (退職した会社から令和5年（2023年）に給与を受け取りましたか？)” and selected [On hand (手元にある)] and [No circle in the 乙 (Otsu) column (乙欄に◯なし)] for [Withholding record (源泉徴収票)] about information for your previous job, the screen to enter information for the withholding record will be displayed.

Refer to the following and enter the required information while looking at your withholding record.
