設定の変更履歴を確認する

確認できる履歴は下記の2種類あります。 それぞれの履歴の確認方法を説明します。
- 設定の変更履歴：設定の内容がいつ、誰によって、どのように変更されたかの履歴
- 従業員への設定の適用履歴：従業員に適用されている設定が別の設定に変更されたときの履歴
