マスターデータと従業員情報を設定する

給与計算機能を利用するためには、SmartHRのマスターデータと従業員情報に、いくつかの項目の追加が必要です。給与計算に必要な項目には、毎月固定額の支給項目と控除項目のほか、各月の住民税額や、受給者番号などがあります。
