カスタムダウンロードフォーマットは、SmartHRの従業員情報を外部システムにスムーズに連携するための機能です。

SmartHRと併用している他のシステムに従業員情報を連携する際に、連携先の取り込み形式に合わせて変換する作業の手間を省けます。
